Refund and Cancelation Policy

Registration Refund
Before the Author Registration deadline, 50% fee refund applies to all cancellations.
After the Author Registration deadline, there will be no refund for any cancellation.

Payment Instructions

Instructions for Conference Registration

Step 1: Receiving the Acceptance Letter

  • Once your submission has been reviewed and accepted for the ICTIM conference, you will receive an official acceptance letter via email. Accompanying the acceptance letter, the editor will inform you of the required registration fee amount.

Step 2: Making the Payment

  • To complete your registration, please proceed with the payment through bank transfer. The necessary bank details will be provided by email.
  • Please ensure that you include your name and paper ID (as mentioned in the acceptance letter) in the payment reference to help us track your payment efficiently.

Step 3: Confirmation of Payment

  • After completing the bank transfer, kindly email us a copy of the payment confirmation or receipt. This is a crucial step for us to verify your payment.

Step 4: Receiving the Formal Invitation Letter

  • Upon receiving and verifying your payment confirmation, we will send you the formal invitation letter for the ICTIM conference. This letter can be used for your travel arrangements and visa application (if required).

Registration -Deadline: March 15th , 2024

A blind review process will be carried out for all submitted papers. Minimum two reviewers will review the articles submitted by the authors. In case of multiple authors, only one author of accepted article is allowed to register and present the paper either physically or virtually. These activities must be completed on or before the “Author Registration” deadline as listed in the Important Dates section.
